We begin 2025 with a new set of strategic priorities for CL&D. Our Board set a new 3-year strategic plan, focusing on leveraging the Centre’s capacity in three areas:

• Impact Measurement
• Partnership Growth
• Public Visibility

We are aiming to increase employment partnerships by two new partners per year. We will be seeking partnerships within the tech industry, because digital technology is one of our main focuses. These collaborations enable our participants to enter the job market more easily and to integrate technology into their desired career path.
